The Ministry of Finance reported that in the first 11 months of 2025, the government collected GEL 19.7 billion in taxes, reaching 90% of the annual plan. Income tax collection showed the highest performance at 93%, while corporate profit tax was the lowest at 83%.
Breakdown of tax revenue performance:
- VAT: GEL 7.26 billion (89% of annual plan)
- Income Tax: GEL 6.84 billion (93%)
- Corporate Profit Tax: GEL 2.55 billion (83%)
- Excise: GEL 2.36 billion (89%)
- Import Duties: GEL 132 million (89%)
To meet the full-year target, the government aims to collect an additional GEL 2.14 billion in December. Other budget revenues totaled GEL 279 million, including GEL 116 million from the sale of 5G spectrum licenses and the remainder from privatization of state assets.
