According to information published on Stopcov.ge, within the intensive testing, 43,437 tests were conducted across the country in the last 24 hours, including 25,020 antigen tests and 18,417 PCR tests.
As a result of the testing, 2,164 newly confirmed cases of the virus were detected. The total number of confirmed cases detected since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in the country is 918,641.
In the last 24 hours, 3,767 people recovered from the virus, while the total number of people recovered increased to 873,178.
In addition, 68 new cases of coronavirus death have been reported. A total of 13,289 people have died from the virus since the start of the pandemic.
