“Georgia should perform business diversification”,- stated MP Mark Pritchard, the Appointed British Trade Envoy to Armenia and Georgia in Sakmiani Dila TV Show. Presently, Mark Pritchard is the Head of the British Trade Mission in Georgia.
“Many people say that Georgia has good opportunities, but to make use of these opportunities, the country should take certain steps. It is necessary to diversify the economy, as well as reduce bureaucracy for import and export directions. Bilateral agreement would greatly help in the development of these directions, however, improvement of service quality is crucial. Tourism is developing very successfully and the country has a potential in this sector too,” – says Pritchard. According to him, the aim of the visit of the trade mission is the development of bilateral relations between Georgia and UK.
“The reason why the first visit of certified representatives has been conducted is that we wish to deepen trade relations. We have experienced people in this field, people who have been actively involved in London business field, people having extensive experience in the direction of infrastructure development,” – stated Mark Pritchard.
