The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia has launched two public procurement processes to prepare design and cost documentation for multi-purpose complexes in Rustavi and Zestaponi.
In Rustavi, a 1,500-seat complex is planned. The tender for its design is estimated at 4,737,600 GEL, covering a project area of 182,351 m². The total construction budget is approximately 60 million GEL, which includes full building works, materials, equipment, labor, and related costs, but excludes landscaping and outdoor courts. Facilities will include swimming pools (standard and children’s), judo, wrestling, boxing, tennis, gymnastics, fencing, martial arts, and MMA halls.
In Zestaponi, a 500-seat complex will be designed, with a tender value of 4,773,214 GEL and a project area of 28,755 m². Both complexes will meet international standards and will include not only architectural and engineering solutions but also supporting infrastructure such as open courts, parking, lighting, security systems, and other necessary components.
Both tenders were announced on April 1. Proposal submission will run from April 30 to May 5, with a six-month design completion deadline after contract signing.
