The management of the company "Georgian Agroproduct" producing fruit drinks, claims that the company produces up to 10 million bottles of product annually and has enough raw materials. The managing partner of the company, Soso Manjavidze, spoke about this while visiting the BMGTV.
Soso Manjavidze also says that despite having enough raw materials, the company plans to grow its own gardens.
"We are in Kakheti region and we collect raw materials from farmers. We observe and see that farmers have started planting fruit and vegetable gardens. Land acquisition is slowly progressing quite well. Farmers are helped to register their land plots and we see that many people have started thinking in many directions. Kakheti was known as the birthplace of grapes, wine and vineyards, but many products gorw there. We have our land plot and we are thinking about planting a kiwi plantation. We will think about other products as well, which will be absolutely organic", said Soso Manjavidze.
According to him, the plan to grow own gardens is designed for a period of 3-4 years and the investment will be about 1 million Euros.
"The financing will be ours, and we will participate in various programs," said Manjavidze.
