Georgian cosmetics company Piel Naturals is expanding into the decorative cosmetics sector. Founder Tatuka Lomadze shared the news on BMGTV’s Business Morning, noting that the brand is currently developing new products, starting with lip glosses and soon expanding to foundations and other makeup essentials.
Lomadze revealed that she will attend a training in the UK focused on ingredients and formulations for decorative cosmetics, an important step toward ensuring product quality and innovation.
Already present in the Kuwaiti market, Piel Naturals is seeing growing interest from Europe, particularly Italy, Spain, and France. The company plans to enter the European market with a franchise in Italy, citing strong demand and a significant Georgian community there.
“Not a day goes by that we don’t fulfill B2C exports to Italy, Spain, or France. Italy is especially active, and we’re now searching for the right location,” said Lomadze.
Founded eight years ago, Piel Naturals started with a single product and has since grown to 10 branches across Georgia, including Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, and Batumi. Its 11th showroom recently opened in Kuwait, marking the brand’s first international expansion.
