Georgian traditional sweets and natural products producer “Tatarati” is planning to expand its operations and launch a broader initiative to promote Georgian cuisine and history, co-founder Tinatin Uridia said on BMGTV's Women's Narrative.
Uridia said the company aims to introduce traditional Georgian products to both local consumers and international tourists while showcasing the country's culinary heritage. To implement the project, the business is seeking partners to help finance its expansion plans.
She added that the initiative is expected to support local farmers and producers while creating new jobs, with a particular focus on offering flexible employment opportunities for women with family responsibilities.
Founded in 2021 by sisters Tamar and Tinatin Uridia, “Tatarati” currently employs six people and produces a range of traditional Georgian sweets and natural products for the local market.
