Ekaterine Gegia, the founder of the street food company "Tamtaki", notes that their business is new in the Georgian market and it needs development, so the state should actively participate in it.
According to her, it would be encouraging for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises to organize more fairs in open spaces in Georgia, which will popularize the brand and attract more customers.
“This is quite a new and developing innovation, which also needs the state support. Bringing international bloggers plays a big role in this, they will introduce us to the whole world", Gegia explained.
"Tamtaki" is a Georgian street food company that offers signature dishes. The company supplies both meat products and vegetarian food to the market. The prices of "Tamtaki" dishes vary from GEL 9 to GEL 20.
