Georgia’s Investment Agency to Support Around 300 Exporters at International Trade Fairs in 2026

Georgia’s Investment Agency will help around 300 local exporting companies participate in international trade exhibitions throughout 2026, Deputy Head of the agency Tornike Sulaberidze said.

According to him, Georgian producers will be represented at around 20 international exhibitions this year as part of efforts to expand access to global markets.

“Several activities have already been implemented this year. We have participated in around 10 international exhibitions, where approximately 100 exporting companies were represented. By the end of the year, we will join several more major exhibitions. Overall, in 2026 we will participate in around 20 exhibitions and support around 300 exporters in presenting their products on international markets,” Sulaberidze said.

According to Georgia’s National Statistics Office, the country’s exports increased by 20.4% year-on-year in June 2026, reaching a record $770.8 million for the month.

During the same period, domestic exports (excluding re-exports) rose by 50.5% to $469 million.

In the first half of 2026, Georgia’s total exports increased by 20% year-on-year to a record $3.88 billion, while domestic exports surged by 62.6%, reaching $2.39 billion.
