A new four-star hotel Gino Aquamarine was opened near the Tbilisi Sea with the multi-million investment of the Georgian-Slovak holding company, "Gino Holding". The hotel's area exceeds seventeen thousand square meters, and is located in the area of the largest water park in Eastern Europe, Gino Paradise.
"We are planning to turn the Tbilisi Sea area into a resort area, so that this unique, ecologically clean, quiet and peaceful place with excellent views, is located directly in Tbilisi. The area will become one of the most favorite vacation spots for the residents and guests of our capital," said Nodar Giorgadze, the founder of Gino Holding and the investor.
The hotel, equipped with modern infrastructure, has 218 rooms of six categories, so the hotel can accommodate up to five hundred guests at the same time. The multifunctional hotel complex includes a swimming pool, a restaurant and bars, and there are also three conference halls of different sizes in the hotel.
Gino Aquamarine project is carried out with fully Slovak investment, which was implemented by Gino Holding with the participation of the Slovak "Exim Bank". Total investment in the hotel amounts to twenty million EUR, which should employ 140 people.
