Gino Aquapark is preparing a major expansion for the 2026 summer season, with plans to add new pools and attractions to its existing complex. Tamta Sekania, the company’s Head of Marketing, told BM.GE that the new infrastructure will be built within the current site, although the value of the planned investment has not been disclosed.

Sekania said the project is part of the company’s broader development strategy aimed at enhancing the visitor experience and diversifying entertainment offerings. In addition to infrastructure upgrades, Gino Aquapark plans to host a range of events and activities throughout the summer season.

The water park currently employs 320 people, with operations becoming more intensive during the summer months. According to the company, local visitors make up the majority of customers, while foreign tourists account for approximately 30% of total attendance.

Sekania said 2025 was a successful year for the business, with visitor numbers doubling following infrastructure improvements, new activities and customer-focused offerings. She added that the company expects further growth in attendance during the 2026 season, supported by the planned upgrades and expanded entertainment options.
