“Gino Holding” is building a new 6-story hotel complex on the shores of the Tbilisi Sea, next to the aqua park and as part of the “Tbilisi Boulevard” investment project. The total investment in the hotel is about €45 million, according to the company’s managing partner, businessman Nodar Giorgadze.
The hotel is expected to begin welcoming guests in the summer of next year. It will feature 276 rooms and around 5,500 square meters of commercial space, including cafes, restaurants, bars, a fitness center, children’s areas, pastry shops, and retail outlets on the ground floor.
The upper floors will host a five-star hotel brand, with negotiations currently underway with international operators such as InterContinental or Crowne Plaza. Giorgadze said the project aims to meet the highest international standards and could become one of the most high-quality hotel developments in Georgia. Construction is already progressing rapidly, with the structural framework expected to be completed in about three months.
The broader “Tbilisi Boulevard” project by Gino Holding has a total investment value of $250 million. While a hotel was already planned within the project, the company decided to accelerate its construction. The full complex, including the coastal area development, is expected to open in the summer of 2027.
