Slovak-Georgian investment group GINO Holding will invest 250 million EUR in the construction of "Tbilisi Boulevard" near the aquapark "Gino Paradaise." According to the investor's plan, the project is expected to be completed in 6 years.
The first resort in the city will transform the vacation experience into daily comfort and change the understanding of urban life.

The new residential complex "Tbilisi Boulevard" is developed on 30 hectares, which will combine residential, investment, commercial, office, entertainment and hotel infrastructure in one space.
The residential complex will include a green and well-equipped yard, with children's entertainment infrastructure, football, basketball, rugby fields, paddle and tennis courts, bike paths, gym, school and kindergarten, shopping and business centers with shared workspaces, hotel, medical clinic, restaurants and cafes, bank, pharmacy and other consumer facilities. Independent parking building for 1000 cars and a well-equipped 8,000 sq.m. coastline.
The company Gino Holding was founded by Nodar Giorgadze in 2004 and now, with a total investment of 210 million EUR, it combines a number of successful projects in Slovakia and Georgia.
