Gino Holding is set to open its new hotel, Idea Collection, on Melikishvili Avenue this May. The Georgian-Slovak company confirmed that final preparations are underway and the property will soon be ready to welcome guests.
The boutique-style hotel will feature 67 rooms designed for individual travelers, couples, and business visitors, with a total capacity of about 130 guests. The project’s opening was originally planned for early 2025 but was postponed to refine the concept and ensure five-star standards.
Gino Holding emphasized that the delay allowed the team to perfect every detail, from interior design to service quality. The project represents an 18 million-euro investment, covering construction, design, and operational setup.
Room prices will be positioned within the premium segment, yet competitive with the local market. Flexible rates will be offered based on season and demand to ensure guests receive high-quality service at fair value.
