Gino Holding’s founder and managing partner, Nodar Giorgadze, says 2025 has been a successful year for the Georgian-Slovak investment group, with the company’s Slovak operations projected to increase revenues by 7–8%. Giorgadze discussed the results on TV-program Business Weekly, noting that the holding is now operating profitably.

“In Slovakia, Gino Holding’s revenues have increased by around 7–8%, and we are practically talking about profitability,” he said. “As for Georgia, I’m proud to say that our performance is very strong. At Gino Aquapark, both visitor numbers and turnover have increased by 28%. During this period, the number of guests has even doubled.”

Gino Holding has been active in Georgia’s hospitality sector for more than a decade and is currently developing the large-scale Tbilisi Boulevard project near Tbilisi Sea, adjacent to Gino Aquapark. According to Giorgadze, the company plans to launch another major investment project starting in 2026.

Founded in Slovakia in 2003 by Giorgadze, a Georgian-born Slovak citizen, Gino Holding is a diversified investment company involved in leisure, tourism, agriculture, and energy. It has extensive experience in building and managing hotels, aquaparks, residential complexes, renewable energy facilities, and agricultural assets. Between 2012 and 2022, the company invested more than €110 million in Georgia.

Major projects completed by Gino Holding include:

  • Gino Paradise Aquapark €40 million
  • 4-star Gino Wellness Hotel, Akhaltsikhe (Rabati Fortress) €4.5 million
  • 4-star Gino Wellness Hotel, Mtskheta €2.5 million
  • 5-star Gino Seaside Tbilisi Hotel, Tbilisi Sea €21 million

The flagship Tbilisi Boulevard development, valued at €250 million, includes public and recreational spaces, sports and wellness infrastructure, cultural and educational facilities, business and residential zones, and what will become the largest aquapark and wellness center in the South Caucasus.
