Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulator Commission (GNERC) bought an office building, located in 19 Mitskevichi Str, for GEL 20.8 million. The organization was placed in the said building for years, - according to MP Roman Gotsiridze.
The organization explains that the building located in 19 Mitskevichi Street was leased in the past, which was quite expensive, so they decided to buy it.
"On December 28, 2022, the commission purchased 1,825 square meters of non-agricultural land with a value of GEL 4,154,224 and 4,388.90 square meters of buildings, with a value of 16,616,997 GEL. The total cost made up 20,771,122 GEL,"- that was how the MP's question was responded.
