A property declaration filed by Giorgi Pruidze, a commissioner at the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC), shows he earned GEL 227,033 in salary in 2025, while his wife, Natia Lazashvili, received GEL 208,035 in remuneration from Media Holding (Rustavi 2).
According to the declaration, the family also reported additional income. Lazashvili earned GEL 45,108 from renting out an apartment and made mortgage payments totaling GEL 9,878 and GEL 29,784 on two separate loans. Pruidze reported a $10,000 expenditure related to the purchase of real estate.
The declaration shows that Lazashvili holds $43,000, €12,000 and ₾10,000 in cash, while Pruidze keeps $6,000 and €5,000 in cash savings. On bank accounts, Pruidze has GEL 102,000, $10,004 and €20,014, while Lazashvili holds GEL 40,761 in a savings account.
The family's real estate portfolio includes several residential and commercial properties. Pruidze owns a 145.49-square-meter apartment on Arsena Street in Tbilisi, purchased in 1996 for $9,500, as well as a basement and semi-basement at the same address, where he acquired an additional 27.08-square-meter adjoining space in 2025 for $10,000. He also owns a house in the village of Chrebalo in Ambrolauri Municipality, a country house in the Lisi-Mukhattskaro area near Mtskheta, and an 8.7-square-meter land plot on University Street in Tbilisi.
Lazashvili owns a 69.4-square-meter apartment in Kobuleti, a 47.58-square-meter apartment on Sophiko Chiaureli Street in Tbilisi, and a 66.67% share in a 1,500-square-meter land plot in Saguramo.
