The newly elected Chair of the Georgian National Communications Commission (GSE), Goga Gulordava, has submitted his asset declaration, detailing his income, property, and financial activity over the past year.
According to the document, Gulordava received over GEL 268,000 in net salary from two positions: GEL 166,428 from Imedi TV as Head of Monitoring and Audit, and GEL 101,662.53 from Georgian State Electrosystem as Internal Audit Director. His family’s income also includes GEL 28,363 earned by his wife from her role in the natural gas transmission company.
The declaration outlines jointly owned real estate in Tbilisi, including a 153.5 sq.m apartment on Nutsubidze Street and a large non-residential property on Anna Politkovskaya Street, shared among multiple family members and co-owners. It also lists a 2022 Mazda 3 purchased for $11,000 by his wife, along with several bank accounts and savings, including $23,000 in cash held by Gulordava.
Additional financial activity includes rental income of GEL 35,400, proceeds of GEL 50,882 from selling a Honda Accord, and ongoing mortgage and loan obligations. The report also notes that Gulordava’s minor child received a gift smartphone valued at GEL 3,000 from a grandparent.
