The Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC) has announced a new tender worth GEL 38 million for the purchase of 67.6 kilometers of pipelines to support the construction and rehabilitation of a main gas pipeline.
The tender covers pipes of various diameters — 1,200 mm, 1,000 mm, 900 mm, 700 mm, 300 mm, 200 mm, 150 mm, and 100 mm. The largest portion of the order includes 37.7 km of 700 mm pipes, making it the most significant component of the procurement.
Interested companies can submit their bids until June 8.
This is a re-announced tender, as the initial tender held in March was cancelled. The only bidder, GERAB NATIONAL ENTERPRISES, submitted documentation that GOGC determined did not meet the tender requirements, prompting the corporation to restart the process.
