The Georgian government has leased state-owned property in Saguramo, Mtskheta Municipality, to Guramishvili Marani until November 2033.
Under Government Decree No. 2,495, the company, owned by KTW owner Zurab Chkhaidze, will pay the state annual rent of GEL 11,556.
The leased property includes three land plots and the buildings located on them, covering a total area of more than 3,000 square meters.
Within one month of signing the lease agreement, Guramishvili Marani must conclude a monument maintenance agreement with the National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation for the property designated as a cultural heritage monument.
The decree also requires the company to pay the relevant amount for previous unauthorized use of the real estate registered under cadastral codes No. 72.06.09.064.601 and No. 72.06.09.064.067, within 12 months of signing the agreement.
