Georgia’s National Agency of State Property has put a 11,629-square-meter non-agricultural land plot with an existing building up for electronic auction near the Digomi Meadows area in Tbilisi.
The property, located at 9 Grigol Peradze Street, consists of two cadastral units and has a starting auction price of GEL 11.7 million, equivalent to about GEL 1,006 ($383) per square meter.
The auction began on July 20 and will run until August 3. The bidding step is GEL 10,000, while participants must provide a GEL 1.17 million guarantee deposit.
According to the auction documents, a Georgian Water and Power pipeline crosses the land plot. The winning bidder must pay the purchase price within the deadline set in the sales agreement or the auction results will be canceled.
