The Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) has listed its immovable property, the land and buildings at auction for the initial price of GEL 65 million.
The National Agency of State Property is conducting an online auction for this property until noon on September 30, which includes 33,209 square meters of land and 23,649 square meters of buildings.
"The initial price of the real estate totals to GEL 65,000,000, excluding VAT. The value of the property including VAT will be GEL 76,700,000. The cost must be paid according to the following schedule:
45% - within 1 month of signing the contract
20% - no later than December 31, 2022
20% - no later than December 31, 2023
7.5% - no later than December 31, 2024
7.5% - no later than December 31, 2025," the auction conditions state.
At the same time, the GPB announced a 41-million tender for the renovation of the building under construction on Politkovskaya Street.
