Erekle Kokaia, CEO of "Gudauri Inn" declares, that the hotel is expanding. According to the hotel's owner, Inn Group, plans to open another hotel building for the New Year.
"Construction of another building near Gudauri Inn will be completed by the New Year. This will be a three-story building, which will include a spa center, with its own pool, jacuzzis and a wellness area. After the completion of this block, the number of hotel rooms will increase by 30. At this stage, the investment exceeds 3 million GEL. I really hope that this building will open by the New Year and we will also receive vacationers.
After the implementation of the project, we focused on offering additional services to guests, as the demand from vacationers in this direction is also growing," Erekle Kokaia noted, adding that Gudauri is mainly visited by foreign vacationers, although depending on the season, visitors from other countries visit in winter and in summer. "For example, I would single out Lithuanian vacationers in winter, while in summer we have more guests from Arab countries," says Kokaia.
