The Head of the Main Department of the Tbilisi Patrol Police, Lasha Jokhadze, has resigned from his position, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) confirmed to BM.GE.
According to the ministry, Jokhadze submitted his resignation on personal grounds.
Jokhadze had served as head of the department since April 27, 2020.
According to his most recent asset declaration, filed in December 2024, his annual salary amounted to 77,069 GEL.
The MIA has not yet announced who will be appointed as Jokhadze’s successor.
