A camping concept hotel Hill Inn, Located in the highlands ofvAdjara, is planning to expand its infrastructure this year. Maia Verdzadze, one of the founders of the tourist facility, told BM.GE.
According to her, a new hotel room will be added in August, while late this year a swimming pool will be opened. In addition, it is planned to arrange a children's space at the facility.
"In the last few years, we have added different types of rooms, we have started to organize the external infrastructure, because only beautiful mountains and clean rooms are not enough.
We are focused on luxury camping. We want to fully embrace the external infrastructure and make it family-friendly. Therefore, we are adding children's spaces. Also, we have already started working on the pool project, which we want to finish by the end of the year. The investment volume is about GEL 100,000 ", Verdzadze said.
According to her, currently, the tourist facility is fully loaded. Previously, they worked only on local guests, but now 80% of their customers are travel companies, in particular from Arab countries.
As of the founder of the facility, they had to slightly increase the prices in the hotel during the summer season. A one-night stay in a hotel starts from GEL 310 and reaches GEL 600 GEL.
Hill Inn was opened in 2020 in the village of Dandalo, Keda Municipality, in the highlands of Adjara. The initial cost of the project was GEL 45,000.
