The Grand Avenue by Archi multifunctional complex will feature Hilton’s first five-star hotel in Tbilisi, Archi founder and Supervisory Board Chairman Ilia Tsulaia said in an interview with the TV program Business Course.
According to Tsulaia, the development was designed in partnership with international architecture and design companies and will host several international brands. The complex is planned to include cafes, restaurants, entertainment and retail spaces, children’s areas, coworking facilities and a large park near Mziuri.
The project will also feature a sports complex with a more than 3,000-square-meter gym, a 31-meter indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a spa center, a padel center with nine courts, as well as tennis, football and basketball facilities. Archi is also developing branded residences, including Wyndham Residences.
Tsulaia said a memorandum has already been signed with Hilton, while a final contract is expected to be concluded soon. He said further details of the five-star hotel project would be presented to the public at a later stage.
