23.7 tons of honey worth USD 215.2 thousand were sold from Georgia in 8M2024. Compared to the same period last year, the reduction in the amount totlas to 55%, while in the volume - by 64.4%.
According to the data of the National Statistics Service, in January-August 2024, exports from Georgia were carried out to the following countries:
1. United Arab Emirates - 7 tons worth of USD 99.9 thousand;
2. USA - 3.2 tons worth of USD 34.1 thousand;
3. Azerbaijan - 7.7 tons worth of USD 25.8 thousand;
4. Iraq - 2.9 tons worth of USD 21.8 thousand;
5. Japan - 600 kg worth of USD 10.1 thousand.
