The National Agency for State Property announced 1,780 e-auctions this year, and as a result, sold real estate worth USD 271 million.
According to the National Property Agency, GEL 159 755 975 has been transferred to the budget from privatization so far. Current year's privatization plan is determined by 350 million GEL.
Among the real estate sold by the property agency, there were 6 state-owned enterprises and the budget received GEL 3,253,539 from their privatization.
These enterprises are:
• 100% state-owned stake in Marine Texervice Ltd; • 3,372 state-owned shares of JSC Mtskheta;
• 100% share of "Tbilisi N1 Dental Polyclinic";
• 49% state-owned stake of Chiatura Bus Station Ltd;
• 27,246 ordinary shares of the state-owned JSC Tsekavshiri Zugdidi Food Factory.
• JSC Khashuri Glass Container - 633 211 ordinary shares owned by the state.
"As a result, the total value of state assets transferred to the private sector amounted to GEL 3,253,539," the agency said.
