"Rakeen Uptown Development", the owner of the largest shopping center "Tbilisi Mall", has published its financial report for 2023. According to the document, over the past year, the shopping mall's revenues increased by 12% to GEL 28.8 million.
At the same time, the number of customers of the shopping center increased from 6.5 million to 6.9 million.
"Tbilisi Mall" started its activity on April 6, 2012. The total area of the shopping center is 206,783 sq.m. The shopping center includes four floors with 119 shops and 38 storage spaces. Guests of Tbilisi Mall can enjoy cafes and multi-level parking lot.
By the end of 2023, the goal of the management was to increase the leased area of Tbilisi Mall to 52,781 square meters. The leasing department is actively working to add new brands as well, which will increase the interest of the new customer segment.
Compared to 2022, in 2023, the sales of Tbilisi Mall stores also increased by 9% to 338 million GEL," the company's management report says.
Tbilisi Mall was opened in 2012. The mall occupies 74,000 sq.m, which includes international brands, fast food establishments, a hypermarket Carrefour, children's entertainment facility, a contact zoo, Cinema Cavea and 2000 parking lots.
