The largest companies operating in Georgia, including gambling operators, are obliged to disclose their financial reports every year. The audited report of 2021 was also submitted by "Betlive" LLC.
According to the document, last year the income of "Betlive" reached GEL 112 million, which was GEL 23 million more than the previous year. The company's income represents the difference between the received bets and the amount paid out in the form of winnings, therefore the money directly deposited by the players into the BetLive system was much larger, and 112 million is the difference between the received money and the paid out profit.
According to the financial report, the net profit of the company has also increased. If in 2020 the net profit of the company was GEL 17.4 million, in 2021 it increased to GEL 28.8 million.
According to specific sources, the company's revenues are distributed as follows:
• Income from online casino - GEL 80 million;
• Income from the totalizer - GEL 26.1 million;
• Income from land slot club - GEL 1.6 million;
According to the financial report, "Betlive" paid GEL 8 million in salaries in 2021, and spent GEL 72 million on other operating expenses, of which GEL 23.5 million was the cost of game delivery.
The company's sharehodlers are:
"IT Venture" LLC - 40%;
Suliko Varsemashvili - 38%;
Davit Velijanashvili - 19%;
Tamaz Kharaidze - 3%.
The assets of the company amount to GEL 18 million, and the liabilities are GEL 16 million.
