Hotel "Paragraph Shekvetili" has published its financial report for 2021. According to the report, the hotel's income is up by 2.2 folds compared to the last year and reached GEL 35 million. According to the report, "Paragraph Shekvetili" ended 2021 with a profit of GEL 1.8 million, while in 2020 the company had a loss of GEL 8.2 million.
According to the financial report, the value of the hotel's assets is currently GEL 58 million, while the company has an accumulated loss of GEL 205 million.
According to the financial report, last year the company's income was distributed as follows:
• Earnings from hotel rooms - GEL 20.4 million;
• Earnings from the sale of food - GEL 10.6 million;
• Earnings from the sale of beverages - GEL 1.9 million;
• Earnings from the gym and health club - GEL 1.7 million;
• Earnings from other departments and other income - GEL 0.4 million.
According to the audited financial report, the company spent GEL 7.1 million in administrative expenses last year, and the cost of services provided by the hotel itself was GEL 23.9 million.
"Paragraph Shekvetili" is owned by Bidzina Ivanishvili's charity fund "CARTU" since 2020."Paragraph Shekvetili" is a five-star hotel with 220 rooms. It operates under the Autograph Collection brand of the Marriott chain.
