In 9M2021, 1,645.5 tons of tea worth USD 3.5 million were exported from Georgia.
According to official statistics, exports were up by 7.3% or about 113 tons, but the value of the product sold outside the country decreased slightly by 0.5%.

As for tea imports, in January-September, USD 6.5 million was spent to buy 1,644.9 tons of tea from the country.
