Ekaterine Kavtaradze, General Director of Evex Hospitals declares, that the clinic considers incentives for vaccinated employees and their family members.
“From the very first day, COVID-vaccination has become available for citizens, we have decided to encourage our employees. Any employee and their family members, who take a COVID-19 shot will get a 50% discount on outpatient diagnostic services. They will get all services at half price. In addition, they will get a voucher of 500 GEL for inpatient services. Moreover, in the first hospital in which employees become vaccinated by 80%, all the employees will get paid leave for 5 days in addition. We will also add additional benefits on a monthly basis, which will apply to both old-vaccinated and new-vaccinated healthcare workers. We are working on an incentive package to offer our citizens as well," she said.
Ekaterine Kavtaradze declares that Evex has 4 COVID-hospitals throughout Georgia, three of them are located in Tbilisi and one – in Kutaisi. Evex Hospital in Batumi is a hybrid clinic, which serves the children as well. As Kavtaradze notes, demand for vaccination is significantly increased in Tbilisi, as well as in Kutaisi.
