David Bardavelidze, founder of GEORGIAN PRODUCTS declares, that the only way out for Georgia is European integration. He told BMG about this.
Assessing the current situation in the country, he expressed hope that everything will stabilize.
“With our biography, life and business, we are completely dependent on Europe and the West. Hopefully, everything will stabilize, Georgia has no other way.
Of course, the deterioration will be a direct existential blow. Therefore, it must stabilize and our only way is European integration and integration into Western structures. I do not see any other way and future, not from a business perspective, but in general, I look at this as a citizen,” says David Bardavelidze.
According to him, the current situation has not yet been reflected in relations with European partners.
“They are simply asking questions about how, what will happen. Nothing has been reflected so far and hopefully, it will not be reflected,” says the founder of GEORGIAN PRODUCTS.
When asked whether he would consider joining the more than 2,200 businesses on the freebusiness.ge platform that have united around two demands: the appointment of new elections and the release of detainees by the New Year, Bardavelidze replied: “Yes, we are considering it and we must decide.”
GEORGIAN PRODUCTS is a beneficiary of the state program “Enterprise Georgia”. The company began its activities in 2014 and has been exporting pet furniture produced by the company to the EU market since 2015.
