"IberCompany Holding" has announced plans to launch two major real estate projects in Georgia’s Adjara region in 2025. According to Levan Diasamidze, head of the holding, the company will invest USD 25–27 million in a new project in Gonio, with an official announcement scheduled for September 2025.
In addition to the Gonio project, the company is preparing to enter a large-scale development in Batumi, in partnership with strategic collaborators. The first phase of the Batumi project, launching this summer, involves an investment of USD 60 million, with completion expected over four years. Further details will be announced during an official presentation later this year.
“We are approaching the Adjara market with caution due to high supply levels. That’s why we’re focused on delivering a distinctive, consumer-focused product,” said Diasamidze during an appearance on Real Estate Prospect.
Subsidiary company "Figures Development", entered the Georgian real estate market in early 2024, and is already nearing completion of its first flagship project at 46 Politkovskaya Street in Tbilisi.
“Construction is on track, with 70% completed. We’re currently working on the façade and interior plastering. The building will be delivered to residents by the end of this year,” Diasamidze noted.
The project features shared community spaces for work, fitness, and social gatherings. It was developed in collaboration with architectural firm Tashab, which played a critical role in navigating regulatory procedures.
“Selecting the right partner, especially one experienced in overcoming bureaucratic hurdles, was essential for us,” Diasamidze added.
