The Union of Oil Products Importers reports, that the imports of vehicle and aviation oils increased in January-September.
In particular, during January-September 2022, the imports of lubricants amounted to 15.94 thousand tons, which is 2.02 thousand tons or 14.5% more compared to the indicator of the same period of the previous year (13.92 thousand tons).
During these nine months, the largest volume of lubricants was imported from Turkey - 3.04 thousand tons, which was 19.1% of all imports, followed by Iran - 2.89 thousand tons (18.1%); Russia - 1.85 thousand tons (11.6%); Germany - 1.68 thousand tons (10.5%) and others.
In January-September, the imports of aviation oil amounted to 94.7 thousand tons, which was 30.6 thousand tons or 47.7% more compared to the same period of 2021 (64.1 thousand tons).
As of January-September of this year, 59.6% (56.4 thousand tons) of aviation oil imports were made from Turkmenistan, 18.8% (17.8 thousand tons) - from Turkey, 13.8% (13.1 thousand tons) - from Greece, 5.1% (4.8 thousand tons) - from Egypt, 2.7% (2.6 thousand tons) - from Azerbaijan.
