In 1Q25, the state sold property worth 44,517,925 GEL. According to the National Agency for State Property of the Ministry of Economy, the privatization plan for the first quarter of 2025 was implemented by 101.41%. The privatization plan for the first quarter of the current year amounted to 43,900,000 GEL.
During the reporting period, the agency announced 202 electronic auctions, and the amount of property sold through auctions amounted to 133 objects in total.
"We would like to inform you that, in parallel with the privatization of real estate, the National Agency for State Property is actively implementing the alienation of movable property through auctions. According to the data for the first quarter, the total value of movable property sold through 6,509 auctions amounted to 3,766,866 GEL.
