"Anagi", one of the largest construction companies in Georgia, has published its financial report for 2023. According to the document, the group's total revenues improved by 16% last year and reached GEL 412.6 million. In addition, the net profit of the group also improved amounting to GEL 20 million last year, which was GEL 16 million more than in 2022.
The main part of the revnues of "Anagi" group is the income received from construction contracts. According to the company's report, the cost of construction works delivered by the company amounted to GEL 370 million, including GEL 131 million for the materials used by the company in construction, salary expenses amounted to GEL 96 million, service expenses GEL 95 million, rental expenses - GEL 13 million, bank expenses - GEL 6 million, and depreciation costs - GEL 3 million.
The company's projects include High-Line project by "m2", "Citizen" project, "Tabori Resort" project, as well as the "Archi Isani" and "Archi Saburtalo" projects, "Adjarabet Arena" stadium project in Batumi, "Kutaisi International Airport" and other projects for various development companies.
Company "Anagi", along with the implementation of private sector construction projects, is also engaged in the execution of state contracts. A few days ago, the company won the 144-million tender for "Army City" announced by the Ministry of Defense. The company is also building a GEL 125 million police city project and housing for IDPs in Tbilisi for GEL 245 million, a residential complex for IDPs in Kutaisi and Zugdidi for GEL 268 million.
