An Inter-agency group will be set up to develop a school nutrition program in Georgia, - according to the Ministry of Education And Science of Georgia.
As the agency noted, the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Mikheil Chkhenkeli held a working meeting on the school nutrition program with the Representative of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Georgia, Dr. Ghassan Khalil.
The parties discussed details of the school nutrition program and the issues of its implementation, management and logistics. The food ration, which is compiled by specialists, will include agricultural products from a specific region.
"A special inter-agency working group will be set up to work on the school nutrition program for students, the detailed results will be published publicly," the ministry said.
