How to improve the service quality of the Georgian Tourism sector - That's a million dollar question, as customer satisfaction is one of the key reasons why foreign travelers decide where to spend their vacation. On this issue Georgian Tourism administration organized a masterclass for Georgian hoteliers and restaurateurs. Keynote speaker was Mr John Tschohl, president and founder of service quality Institute. Mr Tschohl was our guest at Forbes Studio and discussed with our Journalist Shota Tkeshelashvili about the masterclass and ways the Georgian tourism sector can improve quality of service.
