According to the information of the investigative service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, the investigation established that the accused, in order to obtain illegal material benefits, was selling low-quality and cheap detergents of Ariel, Perwoll, Fairy, Alo, Domestos from the trade facilities located in Tbilisi and Rustavi. and through the unlawful use of Persil's trademarks.
"As a result of the investigative actions, 16,982 liters and 5,457 kg of illegally branded products worth 78,023 GEL, in total, were seized.The investigation is being conducted under the first part of Article 196 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which provides for up to 2 years of imprisonment as a punishment.
