Health Minister Ekaterine Tikaradze declares that the council has not yet considered imposing of strict COVID-related restrictions in the big cities from April 15.
"As for the imposing of COVID-19 restrictions, the council has not discussed the restrictions at this stage. However, epidemiological studies are being intensively carried out in several regions. So we deeply hope to overcome the increased number of infections in the country without restrictions," Tikaradze said.
As for the Easter lockdown, Tikaradze notes that today it is a bit earlier to talk about it.
“We should have a plan on COVID-regulations related to a holiday one week earlier”, Tikaradze notes.
