The chairman of CEC, Girogi Kalandarishvili, denies duplication in the voter lists.
As he stated at the briefing held by CEC, this is an ungrounded manipulation. According to Kalandarishvili, the proper operation of electronic technologies was confirmed by the American audit company Pro V&V and the results of the audit showed that the technologies responded to local legislation and international practices and standards.
"The manipulatively raised issue was the duplications in the unified voter lists, especially in the verification part, which is baseless in itself at least in the conditions of the paper trail, when the lists were completely auditable and the voter lists were printed from all the verification machines and were publicly available to all interested parties. Today the American company, Pro V&V once again confirmed this and indicated that the technologies responded to local legislation and international good practices and standards," said the Chairman of the CEC.
