Investment company Kass Group, which has been operating in Georgia since 2016, has invested GEL 120 million in the country over the past decade. Kass Group CEO Ekaterine Tordia discussed the company’s projects and future plans during an interview with BMGTV.

The group’s most well-known project is “Kass Land – Tsalka Canyon Resort,” a unique tourism destination combining modern infrastructure, accommodation facilities, and adventure attractions. The resort includes a glass bridge, visitor center, Diamond Restaurant, a 55-room hotel with a spa pool and conference facilities, hotel-style cottages, a bike zipline, canyon swing, amusement park, go-karts, trampoline park, and other entertainment spaces.

According to Tordia, Kass Group currently directly employs more than 200 people and indirectly supports over 1,000 jobs, with most employees being local residents. She emphasized that the company focuses on combining nature preservation with safe and high-quality infrastructure, creating unique eco-tourism experiences for visitors.

One of the company’s major ongoing projects is the modernization of the Tbilisi TV Tower, which will include panoramic viewpoints, a visitor center, and a distinctive restaurant. The project has an estimated investment value of around GEL 50 million and is expected to be completed in 2028. Beyond tourism, Kass Group’s portfolio also includes TLS (Tbilisi Laundry Service), the largest and most technologically advanced linen laundry facility in the South Caucasus, as well as a modern business center in central Tbilisi. The company says it remains open to new tourism investments in Georgia in the future.
