Kaztransoil reports a 15% decrease in Kazakh oil transportation through Batumi Port in the first half of 2025, with 805,000 tons of oil, oil products, and gas transshipped. The decline is attributed to postponed shipments.
Meanwhile, exports via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline increased. 785,000 tons of Kazakh oil were sent through BTC, up 12% year-on-year.
Overall, 1.784 million tons were loaded at Kazakhstan's Aktau port, a 5% increase from 2024.
