Kazakhstan has approached an energy deficit, there is a need for advanced energy development, said Roman Sklyar, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
“We must understand that now we are as close to the deficit, in the event of breakdowns of certain power units at power plants, we are forced to purchase electricity from outside. Gray miners last year contributed in this problem, we approached the energy shortage. The outstripping pace of industrial development also dictates the need for the outstripping development of energy,” Sklyar said on the sidelines of the government, KazTag reports.
