Gvanca Kruashvili, founder of the tourism and gastronomic space "Kesane - Forget Me Not" located in Racha, has shared her vision for the future of the business. Speaking on BMGTV’s "Business Morning" program, Kruashvili emphasized that the main goal of the establishment is growth and the continuation of its concept, "From Farm to Table."
“We are working on strengthening the Racha direction because this region is a priority for us. At the same time, we want to further support local entrepreneurs by showcasing their products and strengthening the wine hub,” Kruashvili stated.
In addition, she revealed plans to open a branch in Tbilisi, which will help promote Racha’s local offerings. In the long term, the space aims to introduce a hotel service to expand its offerings.
For context, the multifunctional hospitality space "Kesane - Forget Me Not" opened on July 1, 2023, and offers guests locally produced wine and traditional Georgian dishes, supporting local artisans and the region’s gastronomic culture.
