Kindzmarauli Corporation is planning to produce wine ice cream. Presently, the company is in negotiations with several Georgian and foreign ice cream producing companies – Nugzar Ksovreli, Director General of the corporation, told this to BM.ge. The company is planning to open an outdoor ice cream café on the territory of the winery in summer. The café will serve mainly tourists with ice cream made with wine.
“We have talked to several producers of ice cream. We will open a café and service point. Regrettably, there is no outdoor ice cream café in Kvareli to offer clients ice cream and sweets. The name of the café will be Wine and Ice Cream. Ice cream with wine will be made there with our order. We have wines that will be poured on ice cream, for instance 16-16, which is a liquor wine, specially created to be served with ice cream. We have it white and red. Now we are working on Kisi, which is produced from wilted grapes. This is not going to be a large production line, but rather it will serve the tourist direction. We hope to open the café by May. Apart from this, once the partner ice cream producer company is revealed, we will order also production of factory-made wine ice cream,” – state Nugzar Ksovreli.
