Bread-producing company Kipiani’s Bread plans to expand its operations in 2026. As the company’s founder, Aleksandre Kipiani, told BM.GE in an interview, a new branch is expected to open next year on Mitskevich Street in the Saburtalo district.

“From next year, I plan to open a new branch in the Saburtalo area, on Mickiewicz Street, for which we are planning an investment of approximately USD 30,000. The new branch is expected to employ four people,” he said.

It is worth noting that Kipiani’s Bread opened its first store two months ago near Round Garden. The outlet currently employs two people, and due to its location, the majority of customers are residents living nearby.

“At the outlet, where we employ two people, we sell only our own products. The branch has parking issues, which has resulted in most of our customers being local residents,” Aleksandre Kipiani explained.

Regarding pricing, the founder noted that bread prices have not been adjusted recently. However, price changes may occur in the future if costs increase due to raw materials or other factors.

“At our store, black bread costs 4 GEL, while half-kilogram loaves of brown and white bread are sold for 3 GEL each,” he added.
