GD Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus, Nikolai Rogashchuk.
The introductory discussion centred on the current state of relations between Georgia and Belarus, highlighting the positive momentum in their cooperation across various sectors, including trade, economics, and agriculture, as well as exploring future opportunities.
During the meeting, the Ambassador presented the GD Prime Minister with a congratulatory letter from the President of Belarus, recognising the successful conduct of Georgia’s local self-government elections.
Koakhidze expressed his gratitude for Belarus’s support of Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He also congratulated him on commencing his diplomatic mission in Georgia and extended his best wishes for success in his tenure.
